REFUND POLICY
At S.aide, each product is crafted with care and consideration. Because our skincare and wellness items are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in rare cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our clean beauty products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is processed and shipped.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Email us at saideskin@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or credit, depending on available stock and situation.
3. Refund Type
We do not offer cash refunds. If your claim is approved, we will issue either:

A replacement item, or

A store credit for a future purchase
4. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing saideskin@gmail.com After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in process.
5. Shipping Errors or Lost Parcels
Once your order ships, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If tracking shows your item is delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local postal office first. If unresolved, please reach out — we’ll help investigate.
